“Chef Rob was absolutely excellent.

Pre-event interactions: He responded very quickly to my request and sent me a draft menu within 24 hours. Then we workshopped the menu to my liking and he was able to come down on his price to fit my budget.

Event: Chef Rob showed up on time. He pre-cleaned our kitchen, which was incredibly appreciated. He and his assistant prepared a 14-course meal for 12 guys, which he served to us on our deck outside. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, and he made more than enough food - we had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. I'm not a wings guy but the Hennessey Wings were the best wings I've ever had. Other highlights from dinner were the BBQ ribs, cajun scallops, and the lobster tails. He also made great vegetables to add some health to the table. Ended with a carrot souffle which was light yet decadent and was ravenously finished off at lunch the following morning.

Post-event: Chef and his assistant did an amazing job of cleaning up and left our kitchen twice as clean as it was when he arrived.
